the project aimed to investigate the creation of mechanisms for social conviviality within specific communities and contexts. consisting of a series of workshops initiated during the presentation of the piece insono at the exhibition "leibesubungen" at the gallery of hochschule für bildende künste, the collective project resulted in a permanent installation at the cjd jugenddorf christophorusschule. a large window mural with 75 black & white portraits of all the children involved in the project documented this specific and temporary community and the period they spent together. the portraits are exhibited next to a monitor with an animation of approximately 300 drawings of favorite toys done by the children. these drawings are grouped in a circular scheme, creating a moving mandala that echoes a children´s dance.
in addition a give-away poster of the drawings describing the process of the collaboration was freely distributed to visitors and participants of the project.
